I started with NSCM in December 2012 as the office administrator, and worked my way up to office manager.

I now manage the Telford Office and the North office, my duties include ensuring all staff paper work is up to date and in the office on time, ensuring that we keep the young peoples files up to date.

Part of my role includes training new staff how to do their daily paper work and their monthly reports. 

I manage the petty cash and monthly accounts for both offices and am responsible for making sure the Petty cash from staff is in and balances. 

I deal with daily enquires that come into the office from landlord’s, social workers and staff either answering the enquiry’s or signposting.

I help to induct new staff starting with NSCM.  

Part of my role includes sourcing new properties for the young people and ensuring they are all set up and ready for their move in. 

I am also responsible for all the incoming mail and bills that comes into the office ensuring they all get sent to the relevant person.

I am partially responsible for making what are sometimes difficult decisions in my managers absent. 


When needed I do go and do visits with the young people we work with, assisting them to sort out benefits and issues with bills.

I take pride in doing my role to the best of my ability and helping to ensure things run smoothly so the young peoples needs are met.

I pride myself in ensuring that the staff are adhering to the policies and procedures of the company.
